How do I find Smart ALAC?

There are two easy ways to access Smart ALAC.

From your computer
Click the "Log In" button at the top of any portion of our website, then choose "Smart ALAC".

From your mobile device

How do I log into Smart ALAC?

Nothing to it! The first time you access Smart ALAC, just select "Sign Up", enter your name, email address, create a password, and you’re good to go.

What do I use Smart ALAC for?

Ask Smart ALAC anything! Any time you have a question, Smart ALAC gives you a quick path to answers. The chatbot fields the easy questions. For more involved conversations, you can loop in your personal banker. You get your answers. We get to deliver the support you need.

How do I choose my banker?

The first time you sign in, you’ll be able to review banker profiles and select the individual with whom you prefer to work. Your chosen dedicated banker will provide you friendly one-to-one service wherever you are.

Can I get to Smart ALAC from my online banking?

Not just yet, but we're working on it. Smart ALAC is currently available through our website and via a separate mobile app that you can install and use on almost any Apple or Android mobile device. If you need to reach us from a computer or a device without the app, you can reach a banker through the Smart ALAC Log-In on our website.

Does Smart ALAC replace my current mobile banking app?

Smart ALAC is the perfect companion to our mobile banking app. If you need to check your balance or deposit a check, our mobile banking app is great for that. To connect with your banker about your financial goals or immediate needs, tap into Smart ALAC.

How do I use Smart ALAC?

Once you use the "Log In" link on our website or download the app, just tap the "Sign Up" tab to enter your name, email address, and create a password. That's it, you’re good to go. The first few screens will tell you a little about Smart ALAC and our Terms & Conditions. When you’re ready, choose your dedicated Smart ALAC Banker and when and how you want to engage. Send your personal banker a quick message to introduce yourself. They’ll be so happy to hear from you. Remember, your banker will get back to you during business hours.
