Customer Service Representative – Job Code 1002 - Call Center – Full Time – Stockton

Responsible for receiving and responding to internal and external customer inquiries.   Ability to solve problems via the telephone, internet, and provide support to customers who elect to use electronic banking services offered by the bank.  High School diploma required plus 3 to 5 years banking experience preferred.

Financial Analyst – Job Code 999 – Full Time – Stockton

Responsible for financial accounting and reporting activities following general project and departmental guidelines, procedures and precedents in support of various financial functions.  Activities may include financial, regulatory reporting and consolidations.  Prepare managerial, Board Reports, presentations and regulatory reports including Call Report.  Bachelor degree in Accounting with 2-3 years of accounting and financial reporting background.  Banking industry preferred.

Loan Servicing Processor – Job Code 997 – Full Time – Stockton

Responsible for reviewing and processing all payments and loan funding, processes loan payoff requests, monitor financial reporting and insurance coverage for all loans.  Must be able to perform a variety of tasks to assist in the operations of the loan department.  High school diploma with 1 plus years banking preferred.

 

Product Manager – Job Code 1033 – Full Time – Stockton

Responsible for planning organizing and controlling bank products from conceptual stages through research, development, implementation, marketing, training, sales programs and performance tracking.  Must be able to analyze and report on product revenues and costs, including developing or enhancing existing product features and assess market conditions.  Bachelor’s degree plus 5 to 10 years applicable experience, banking background preferred.
