Managing your money will be easier than ever with real-time Notifi Alerts from BAC Community Bank.  Available to all BAC Online Banking, Cash Management, and Mobile Banking users, Notifi Alerts will let you know when something important happens in your account, in real-time.



IMPORTANT NOTICE:

Your current BAC alerts will not transfer to the new Notifi Alerts system.
After Notifi Alerts launch on April 13, 2020,
you will need to enroll and select the alerts you wish to receive.


OLD ALERTS WILL REMAIN ACTIVE DURING TRANSITION:

Any Alerts that you established through our old Alerts system will continue to be delivered to you
during our transition period April 13th through the end of the month.

You will not be able to modify or disable the old Alerts during this time.

As a result you may receive duplicate messages during this period as both systems will be active.

At the end of this transition period, the old Alerts will no longer be delivered to you.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


WILL MY OLD ALERTS AUTOMATICALLY TRANSFER TO THE NEW NOTIFI ALERTS SYSTEM?
No. In order to receive account notifications, you will need to set-up your alerts using the Notifi Alerts system after it launches on April 13, 2020.


WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO MY OLD ALERTS?
During the transition period from April 13th through the end of the month, both Alerts systems will be functioning, so your old alerts will continue to be delivered during this time. As a result, you may receive duplicate alerts after selecting your new Notifi Alerts. This issue will be resolved at the end of April when the old Alerts system is completely disabled.


WHY ARE BOTH ALERTS SYSTEMS ACTIVE DURING THE TRANSITION PERIOD?
We are operating both Alerts systems during the transition period (April 13th through the end of the month) to make sure any crucial alert is delivered from the old Alerts system. This helps ensure you remain aware of your account activity even if you are delayed in setting up your new Notifi Alerts.


WHY CAN’T I SHUT OFF MY OLD ALERTS DURING THE TRANSITION PERIOD?
The ability to make changes to the old Alerts system will no longer be available when the new Notifi Alerts system is enabled on April 13th. This is to eliminate any confusion when establishing and managing your new Notifi Alerts.


HOW DO I SIGN UP TO RECEIVE NOTIFI ALERTS?
Log in to Online Banking or Cash Management for Business and select the "Alerts" option located at the top right portion of the screen. You can select which alerts you wish to receive and how you would like them to be delivered.


HOW DO I ACTIVATE AN EMAIL ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER TO RECEIVE ALERTS?
When setting up alerts go to the "Contact Options" tab, click "Send Activation Code".
Type the code you receive into the "Activation" box.


CAN I CHOOSE NOT TO RECEIVE ALERTS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT?
Yes. When setting up alerts go to the "Contact Options" tab, scroll down to "Do Not Distrub" and click "Set Up".
Any alerts generated between the "Start Time" and "End Time" that you define here will be held until that period ends.


CAN I REVIEW PAST NOTIFI ALERTS?
Yes. Log on to Online Banking or Cash Management and go to the "Sent Alerts" screen.

    • It displays a list of your Notifi Alerts with the details.
    • You can mark as "Read" or "Delete" past Notifi Alerts from here.
    • You can also view past Notifi Alerts from our Mobile Banking app.

HOW DO I DELETE OR MODIFY ALERTS?
From the "Alert" screen, click the "Overview" tab to view all of your alerts.
Click to "Edit" or "Delete" any existing alert.


WHAT IS A PUSH NOTIFICATION?
When enrolled for push notification, a message will pop up on your mobile device anytime a specified Notifi Alerts threshold is met. You do not need to be logged in to receive the message. Push notifications look like text messages, but they only reach your device if our Mobile Banking App has been installed.


WILL ALL CUSTOMERS BE PROMPTED TO ENROLL AFTER NOTIFI ALERTS GO LIVE?
Yes, customers will be prompted to enroll in Notifi Alerts when logging in after the system is live on April 13, 2020.
