Ron was named the Bank President in 1984 and Chairman of the Board in 1991. He is actively involved in the strategic management of the Bank and is dedicated to its mission of delivering a wide array of financial products with personalized service. His many business affiliations include being a member on the Board of Directors of Chase Chevrolet-Ford-Nissan and Dameron Hospital in Stockton, CA. Ron shares his time with several other business entities and many community organizations. He is on the Board of Trustees for the YMCA of San Joaquin County, and a member of The Kennedy Center, President's Advisory Committee on the Arts. Ron is a graduate of the University of the Pacific with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business.

Dana began in the Bank's Finance Department in 1987 and assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer in 1991. She was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2003 and became Chief Executive Officer in January 2019. Dana has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Masters degree in Accounting from CSU Sacramento. She is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.

A Bank employee since 1983, Janet is Chief Innovation Officer. Janet joined the Bank upon graduation from the University of the Pacific School of Business and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.

Jackie joined the Bank in 2003. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Eddie joined the Bank in 2021. He has over 15 years of commercial banking experience, including 6 years as a Commercial Banking Officer at BAC early in his career. Eddie is a graduate of San Jose State University.

Shanae joined the Bank in 2002 and has more than 30 years of banking experience. She has a Bachelor’s degree from California State University Hayward with a focus on Finance and Economics and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.
