Ron was named the Bank President in 1984 and Chairman of the Board in 1991. He is actively involved in the strategic management of the Bank and is dedicated to its mission of delivering a wide array of financial products with personalized service.

Banking veteran Dante Tosetti joined BAC Community Bank in 2024. His extensive banking career includes leadership roles at various banks, as well as serving as a bank regulator for the Federal Reserve Bank.

A Bank employee since 1983, Janet is Chief Innovation Officer. Janet joined the Bank upon graduation from the University of the Pacific School of Business and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.

Jackie joined the Bank in 2003. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Eddie joined the Bank in 2021. He has over 15 years of commercial banking experience, including 6 years as a Commercial Banking Officer at BAC early in his career. Eddie is a graduate of San Jose State University.

Shanae joined the Bank in 2002 and has more than 30 years of banking experience. She has a Bachelor’s degree from California State University Hayward with a focus on Finance and Economics and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School.
