Managing Your BAC Debit Cards

Effective July 28, 2022 the features of BAC CardGuard have been added directly to our BAC Personal Mobile Banking app and the standalone BAC CardGuard app has been discontinued.

Use "My Cards" inside your BAC Personal Mobile Banking app to protect your BAC debit cards. This feature can send you transaction alerts and it enables you to define when, where and how your BAC debit cards are used. Download the BAC Personal Mobile Banking app to your phone, then tap "My Cards" to set your preferences for monitoring and managing your cards.*

• Turn your BAC Community Bank Debit Card on and off
• Establish transaction controls for dollar amount limits, merchant categories and geographic locations
• Receive alerts when your BAC Community Bank Debit Card is used, approved or exceeds the transaction controls set by you
• Stay informed of potential fraud with alerts on attempted and declined transactions

The "My Cards" feature is only available inside our BAC Personal Mobile Banking app. If you are unable to use this service or if you need to manage a Business debit card, please download and use the CardValet app instead.
