New BAC Community Bank Office in Tracy Approved, Construction Begins

STOCKTON, Calif., September 10, 2015 – Locally owned BAC Community Bank announced that it has received approval from federal banking regulators for its new full service branch office in downtown Tracy. With this approval in hand and the support of many enthusiastic Tracy residents, the Bank has begun construction efforts of its new location at 951 North Central Avenue.

This centralized location will provide easy access for new and existing BAC Community Bank customers in the Tracy area. Aside from the Loan Production Office in Tracy, currently, Discovery Bay and Stockton branch locations of BAC Community Bank are the nearest to the Tracy area.

“We are excited to establish a full service branch office in Tracy,” said Bank CEO Bill Trezza. “We have been serving this area through our other branch and loan offices for over 50 years now. Our new branch location ‘inside the triangle’ will bring us closer to the Tracy community and allow us to better serve the people who work and live here.”

Judy Rodriguez, a Tracy native and Assistant Vice President of the Bank noted, “There are so many good things happening in Tracy. It’s an exciting time and fun to be a part of it.”

Bill Trezza and Judy Rodriguez will be pouring wine at the BAC booth in front of the Bank’s new future location at the corner of Central Avenue and 10th Street during this year’s Downtown Tracy Wine Stroll on Saturday, September 26, 2015 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
