What does this means for current Touch Banking app users?
On Monday, October 30, 2017 BAC Personal Mobile Banking was launched, replacing the use of Touch Banking. If you try logging in to your account with Touch Banking, a message will appear with instructions on how to download our new app instead.
What happens to my account history?
It is still there. Once you have signed-in with the new BAC Personal Mobile Banking, all of your account information will display as it did in the old app. Plus, you’ll notice a few new features in the new BAC Personal Mobile Banking.
Do I have to change my User ID or password?
No. After following the on-screen instructions to install the new app, simply sign-in using the same User ID and password used on the old app.
What else is changing with this upgrade?
In addition to accessing your personal accounts on your smartphone, BAC Personal Mobile Banking will also support iPads® and Android™ tablets!
What about accessing my business account at BAC?
We are proud to also announce the release of BAC Business Mobile Banking. This new app became available on Monday, October 30, 2017. For more information, please www.bankbac.com/mobile.
