There are a variety of eAlerts available to help you keep track of your account activity. Use these alerts to help you manage your account, avoid overdrafts and protect yourself from fraudulent transactions. You must be enrolled in Internet Banking to use this service. Click here for eAlerts Frequently Asked Questions.

Setting up Your eAlerts

  1. Log on to Internet Banking.
  2. Click Alerts on the Menu Bar.
  3. Choose Text or Email Alert.
  4. Click the Set-up New Alert link.
  5. Choose the alert you wish to create from the drop down menu. (The category will be pre-selected.)
  6. Enter the required details. (If you have more than one eligible account for the alert type you are creating, you will select your preferred account from the drop down box on this screen.) If you are creating a text message alert and your cell phone provider is not listed in the drop down box, please call customer service for assistance.
  7. Click Finish

Modify or Cancel Your eAlerts

  1. Log on to Internet Banking.
  2. Click Alerts on the Menu Bar.
  3. Click the Email or Text alert link.
  4. Locate the alert and click the Edit or Delete icon.

Available Alerts

Checking Alerts Use this alert for notification that ...
Check Activity by Dollar Amount a check with the specific dollar amount chosen by you, posts to your account.
Check Number Posted a specific check, chosen by you posts to your account.
ACH Debit Activity any ACH transaction (pre-authorized debit) posts to your account.
Debit Activity a debit posts to your account including Checks, ACH, and Debit Card/ATM transactions.
Debit Card Activity a debit card transaction posts to your account including ATM withdrawals, point of sale purchases and Debit Card purchases.
Deposit or Credit any deposit was made to your account.
Direct Deposit a direct deposit was made to your account.
High Balance your account balance exceeded the amount you specified.
Low Balance your account balance fell below the minimum balance you specified.
Savings Alerts 
Deposit any deposit was made to your account.
High Balance your account balance exceeded the amount you specified.
Low Balance your account balance fell below the minimum balance you specified.
Withdrawal a withdrawal was made from your savings account.
Loans 
Advance an advance was made from your line of credit.
Payment Due a loan payment is due.
Payment Received a payment has been credited to your loan.
Certificate of Deposit 
CD Maturity your CD has matured.
