New Security Settings
If you are using token authentication you are already using our strongest security protocol and the new enhanced security protocols described below will not affect you.
At BAC, protecting our customer's personal and financial information is a top priority. The new STRONG password and ENHANCED challenge questions will help us better protect you while banking online. When we introduce our new enhanced security protocols you will be asked to change your password the first time you log-in to Internet Banking. When you log-in the system will prompt you to choose a new password that conforms to our new enhanced security protocol.

Please note that we will never ask you to provide answers to your security questions via email. All customers must register security questions to access their accounts online.
