Sponsorship and Donation Requests
The Bank is committed to investing in the communities that we serve. One way we help meet the charitable needs of our communities is through
donations and event participation. In addition, we encourage all employees to volunteer their individual talents toward the betterment of
the communities in which they live.
So that we may give your request full consideration during our annual giving process, please submit donation or sponsorship requests between October 1 and November 30 each year. Other requests will be considered throughout the year as long as funds are still available.
While we would like to support as many causes as possible, inevitably there are times when we have to decline a request.
Donation Mission Statement
The Bank is committed to providing financial support that improves the lives of low-to-moderate income individuals in the communities we serve. In addition, the Bank also provides employees with the opportunity to contribute their individual talents for the betterment of the communities in which they live.
Donations are made to non-profit organizations that are tax-exempt under the IRS 501c3 code providing services benefiting the communities we serve.
Donations are made within several categories that reflect our funding priorities:
Within these categories and funding guidelines; projects of all non-profit organizations are considered for funding without regard to race, gender, disability, religion, ethnicity, age or sexual orientation.

The Bank evaluates how the proposed program reflects the Bank's guiding principles and program emphasis in addition to how well the applicant conveys the information requested.
To apply for funding, please prepare a hard-copy proposal, no more than two to three pages in length, which clearly states the following information:
When to Apply
Requests are accepted October 1 through November 30 of each calendar year to facilitate the Bank's annual budgeting process. We realize that unexpected situations occur, requiring financial support. Applications for these events are accepted throughout the year. The Bank maintains a reserve account to respond to these needs, however, funding is limited.
