Board of Directors

	Ronald A. Berberian Chairman of the Board since 1991, Mr. Berberian is President of Bank of Agriculture & Commerce and ECC Bank, a division of Bank of Agriculture & Commerce.
	William R. Trezza Board member since 1984, Mr. Trezza is the CEO of Bank of Agriculture & Commerce and ECC Bank, a division of Bank of Agriculture & Commerce.
	Ronald McNabb Board member since 1971, retired; Mr. McNabb, was self-employed.
	Darrow Marcus Board member since 1984, retired; Mr. Marcus previously owned Brown, Wisdom and Hathaway Insurance in Stockton, CA.
	Mark S. Plovnick. Ph.D Board member since 2006, Dr. Plovnick is the Director of Economic Development and Professor of Management at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA.
	Dea Spanos Berberian Board member since 2008, Mrs. Berberian is Executive Vice President at A. G. Spanos Companies, headquartered in Stockton, CA.

Executive Management

	Ronald A. Berberian, Chairman of the Board and President Ron was named the Bank President in 1984 and Chairman of the Board in 1991. He is actively involved in the strategic management of the Bank and is dedicated to its mission of delivering a wide array of financial products with personalized service. His many business affiliations include being a member on the Board of Directors of Chase Chevrolet-Ford-Nissan and Dameron Hospital in Stockton, CA. Ron shares his time with several other business entities and many community organizations. He is on the Board of Trustees for the YMCA of San Joaquin County, and a member of The Kennedy Center, President's Advisory Committee on the Arts. Ron is a graduate of the University of the Pacific with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business.
	William R. Trezza, Chief Executive Officer Bill joined the Bank in 1982 as Chief Financial Officer and was named Chief Executive Officer in 1984. He is a graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science degree from the School of Business Administration with a major in Accounting. Bill has been involved in the banking industry for more than 39 years, including 13 years with the O.C.C., a Federal Bank Regulatory Agency. An active member in many of the Bank's communities, Bill holds numerous board positions and is on a variety of committees for local organizations and trade associations.
	Dana Bockstahler, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer Dana began in the Bank's Finance Department in 1987 and assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer in 1991. She was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2003. Dana has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Masters degree in Accounting from CSU Sacramento. She is also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
	Steve Stevenson, Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer Steve joined the Bank in 2005. His responsibilities include marketing and product development, sales, customer relationship management, and community relations. He has more than 20 years experience working with locally owned financial institutions and is involved in the community residing on several boards and committees.
	Janet Jenkins, Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer A Bank employee since 1983, Janet is Chief Credit Officer. Janet joined the Bank upon graduation from the University of the Pacific School of Business and is a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School.
	Jackie Verkuyl, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Jackie joined the Bank in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Cal Poly and is a graduate of Pacific Coast Banking School. She has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.
	Paul A. Haley, Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer Paul joined the Bank in 2011 as Chief Lending Officer. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information and Communication Studies from CSU Chico and attended American Banking Association, Commercial Banking School at the University of Oklahoma and Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. Paul has more than 20 years of experience in commercial banking and lending.
